@Ask_Spectrum I don’t buy that argument at all. Look at what the angels with Fox sports does to their app. I can watch no problem even right now through their platform. Plus if you really wanted to, you could prevent “theft” you could do it like the cord cutters,limiting simultaneous streams.

Dear @GetSpectrum, I’m not paying my $60 internet bill until you can provide a reliable service for longer than 24 hours. My service drops DAILY & all you ever say when you come out is there is no problem. I’m not paying for a service you clearly can not provide. #SPECTRUM

@Ask_Spectrum my cable isn’t working! I have the Silver package and Every channel a screen pops up and says my subscription doesn’t come with the said channel and to upgrade. I’ve tried rebooting! Guide and everything else works though! Help!

Hey @Ask_Spectrum. I don't want to cancel all my service... just reduce. Yet, after I talk to one person, you have me wait on hold for going on a half hour for a "cancellation specialist." That's enough for me to want to cancel everything.
