What poor customer service @DIRECTV gives. All I want is to watch @buffaloBills on CBS & due to dispute I can’t. Instead of offering NFL Sunday Ticket so I can watch, they want me to pay an ADDITIONAL $100 for it, which was their best option or to go to @GetSpectrum. Their words.

@ShawnCathcart1 @Ask_Spectrum They announced it just now. But I’ve been at my parents’ house trying to “fix“ the cable box because of no notice and a busy signal on their support line and meaningless chat with their chatbot telling me to reboot the box.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum. I don't want to cancel all my service... just reduce. Yet, after I talk to one person, you have me wait on hold for going on a half hour for a "cancellation specialist." That's enough for me to want to cancel everything.
